Your symptoms are suggestive of Diabetes. It is wise to check your blood for sugar now. At your age it can even be Type I which may cause Diabetic Ketoacidosis which is very dangerous. Go and test as soon as possible. It is just a simple test and if normal you will have peace of mind. If it is high it is better to know early for correct treatment and to avoid complications.

What you've described are two of the main symptoms for diabetes. This does not, however, automatically mean that you have it. There are other reasons that you may be drinking more and peeing more. Unfortunately, the ONLY way you're going to find out for sure is to visit your doctor for blood tests. (Legally, it's only a practising medical doctor who can make that diagnosis, though others could, based on their experience, tell you that you need to see your doctor.) Sadly, as yet, there is no cure for diabetes. It can, however, be controlled. I'd advise that you do seek your doctor's diagnosis as there are many complications that can result from untreated, or poorly controlled, diabetes. I do hope that you are well.
