I personally like to consume two 2 liter bottles yes, 4 liters of Dr Pepper every day, but I keep my weight down through exercise. My father has type 2 diabetes so I know I'm already at risk genetically, and I'm wondering if simply putting so much sugar through my body is putting me at bigger risk, or if it's the weight gain I need to worry about more.
